Unfortunately at this years Dimensions Festival a number of our customers missed their boat parties due to incorrect timings on their boat party tickets. We did our best to rectify this onsite but understand that there are still a number of customers who feel disappointed and let-down by the situation that arose.

SeeTickets have issued the below apology, and will be refunding any affected customers in full.
